4. Graduation Mark sheet & degree in original (if applicable).
5. Character Certificate from last institution in original
6. Anti- ragging affidavit (format enclosed)
7. Medical fitness certificate by competent authority.
8. Blood Group Card
9. Domicile Certificate in original (For verification)
10. Cast Certificate in original (For verification)
11. Income Certificate (If Father/Guardian income is below 2 lakh)
12. Gap Certificate in original (if applicable) not more then 4 year.
13. Passport size colour photographs. [10 no.]
14. Aadhar Card in original for verification.
15. Pan Card Parents/Student in Original for verification.
16. Rank Card/ allotment letter of state entrance examination
